We will hold a Pregnancy and Infant Loss support group meeting tonight, May 17th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Women & Family Life Center: 96 Fair Street in Guilford, CT. The group is led by two parents who have themselves lost a baby. All women and men who grieve the loss of a pregnancy or infant are welcome to attend. To join the group and connect with other parents who have lost a baby, simply come to tonight’s meeting. We hope to see you there.

All women and men who grieve the loss of a pregnancy or infant are welcome to attend. The group is led by two parents who have themselves suffered the loss of a baby. To join the group, simply come to the meeting. We hope to see you there.

Our Subsequent Pregnancy support group will meet tonight, May 7th, at 7:00 p.m. at our office: 264 Amity Road, Suite 211, in Woodbridge, CT. This group addresses the concerns of parents who are thinking about trying to conceive, trying to conceive, or pregnant following the loss of a baby. All are welcome.

We are pleased to welcome nominations for our 2012 Compassionate Care Award. This award recognizes and promotes excellence in the care of families that have lost a pregnancy or infant. All health care providers in the state of Connecticut are eligible to be nominated by any member of the Hygeia community.

To nominate someone, please submit the person’s name and place of work, as well as your response to the following: “Please tell us how this nominee has provided excellent care to a family that has lost a pregnancy or infant.” Please send your nomination to info@hygeiafoundation.org, or submit it via our contact form, by May 15, 2012.

We will hold two Pregnancy and Infant Loss support group meetings tonight, April 23rd. One will begin at 7:00 p.m. at our office: 264 Amity Road, Suite 211, in Woodbridge, CT. The other will begin at 7:30 p.m. at A Child’s Place: 90 Hillspoint Road in Westport, CT. All women and men who grieve the loss of a pregnancy or infant are welcome to attend. To join either group and connect with other parents who have lost a baby, simply come to one of the meetings. We hope to see you there.
